Ingredients
- (6 thighs) Thighs, Chicken
- (2-3 tbsp) Dizzy Pig Seasoning: Dizzy Dust All Purpose BBQ Rub
- (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
Directions
- Prep the chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Rub with olive oil to help the seasoning stick.
- Season generously: Coat both sides of each thigh with Dizzy Dust. Let them rest for 15–30 minutes to absorb the flavors (or refrigerate for a few hours).
- Grill or bake:
- Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Place thighs skin side down for 5–6 minutes, then flip and cook another 6–8 minutes until cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Oven: Preheat to 400°F. Place thighs skin-side up on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until skin is crispy and internal temp is 165°F.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides like grilled veggies, potato salad, or cornbread.
