Join us for a unique, hands-on sausage-making workshop where you'll learn the art of crafting Spring House Farm's famous handmade/small batch sausages from start to finish. Under the guidance of Farmer Andrew, you'll grind, season, stuff, and link your own sausages to take home and enjoy later. After the hands-on experience, you’ll sit down to enjoy a delicious meal showcasing the very best of Spring House Farm. The highlight of the meal will be pasta topped with our flavorful Provence sausage, perfectly seasoned and crafted from our pasture-raised pork. Paired with a crisp, fresh salad, a delectable dessert, and a selection of wine to complement the flavors, this farm-to-table dining experience will be the perfect way to celebrate your hard work and savor the fruits of regenerative farming.
