Farm Store Staff

~10 hours per week. Sunday afternoons, plus 2-3 weekdays, flexible timing.

Our farm store is self-serve for our customers, but in order to keep things running smoothly we need staff to stock, clean, and assist customers.

Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers.
• Must have critical thinking and independent problem solving skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient with technology (inventory system and store POS system).
• Must work well with a team, as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning.
• Stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Receiving and checking orders.
• Making Biweekly Deliveries.

Farmers Market Sales Representative 

7am to 2pm time commitment each Saturday and/or Sunday.

Requirements: 

• Valid Driver’s License
• Be comfortable driving a 20ft. refrigerated van
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
  
  Responsibilities: 

• Answering customers' questions
• Selling products
• Loading and unloading inventory at our Farm Store in Hamilton before and after the market
• Booth set up and clean up
• Cooler and van clean up after the market.

Farmhand Apprentice

Full Time Internship with pay, 5 consecutive days on, 2 days off.
Opportunity for future growth for the right candidate.
On the job training provided.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and dependable.
• Must have excellent problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Must be prepared to work hard.
• Must be professional and focused.
• Be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. unassisted.
• Be able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working livestock
• Moving feed
• Working indoors and outdoors
• Operating machinery and vehicles
• Assisting with repairing machinery and fencing 
• Making deliveries.
