Ingredients
- (1 lb) Sausage, Mild Italian, Loose Ground
- (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
- (1 medium) Onion, diced
- (2 stalks) Celery, diced
- (1 large) Golden Delicious Apple, diced
- (3/4 cup) Dried Cranberries
- (6 cups) Dried Bread Cubes
- (4 tbsp) Melted Butter
- (2 tbsp) Fresh Rosemary, minced
- (2 tbsp) Fresh Sage, minced
- (2 tbsp) Fresh Parsley, chopped
- (2 cups) Chicken Stock
- (To Taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Sauté diced onion and celery in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
