Maple Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors that elevate this simple vegetable to a standout dish. Fresh Brussels sprouts are roasted until tender and caramelized, with crispy, golden-brown bacon and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. The sweetness of the maple syrup complements the salty crunch of the bacon, while roasting brings out the Brussels sprouts' natural nuttiness. This recipe makes a wonderful side dish, ideal for holiday dinners or a cozy weeknight meal, and pairs well with grilled meats or hearty main courses.
