Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Country-Style Pork Ribs
- (1/2 cup) Soy Sauce
- (1/4 cup) Raw, Local Honey: Pint
- (1/2 cup) Brown Sugar
- (1/4 cup) Rice Vinegar
- (4 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (1 tsp) Grated Ginger
- (2 tbsp) Sesame Oil
- (2 tbsp) Sesame Seeds
- (1 tsp) Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pork to the bowl and make sure they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours, until ribs are tender.
- Remove foil and return to the oven. Broil for 5 minutes, or until ribs are crispy on top.
