Grilled, Marinated Shoulder Steak
Shoulder steak is a lesser known cut, but jam packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • (2-3 lbs.) Shoulder Steak, Beef
  • (4 large cloves, minced) Garlic
  • (1/4 cup, finely chopped) onion
  • (1 teaspoon) Ginger
  • (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
  • (1/4 cup) Lime juice
  • (2 teaspoons) olive oil
  • (1/4 teaspoon) Crushed red pepper flakes
  • (1/4 teaspoon) Black Pepper
  • (2 tablespoons roughly chopped leaves) Cilantro
  • (2 tablespoons) honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a gallon size ziplock bag. Making sure the bag is tightly closed, massage the marinate to fully mix everything. Allow to marinate in fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.  Grill over hot coals to the temperature of your liking.  Serve with a freshly tossed salad.
