Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Golden, juicy wings baked to perfection, then tossed in a rich garlic-butter sauce and topped with freshly grated Parmesan. These wings are crispy, garlicky, cheesy, and perfect for a backyard gathering, game day, or a quick weeknight indulgence.
Ingredients
- (1 tbsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tsp) Onion Powder
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1 tsp) Pepper
- (1 tsp) Smoked Paprika
- (1 tsp) Baking Powder (optional)
- (2 lbs.) Chicken Wings
- (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
- (1/4 cup) Melted Butter
- (5 cloves) Minced Garlic
- (1/4 cup) Parsley, chopped
- (1/4 cup) Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400F and put the rack in the center.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder, if using.
- Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and coat well with seasoning blend. Pour the olive oil over the wings and bake for 45 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, add the butter to a small pot and place over low heat. Add the garlic and parsley and stir until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from the heat.
- When the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. Pour the garlic sauce over the wings and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, until the wings becomes crispy and brown.
