Crispy Baked Chicken Drumsticks are a simple and delicious recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner. Ingredients
- (15) Chicken Drumsticks
- (3-4 tbsp) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- (2 tsp) Sea Salt
- (2 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (2 tsp) Chili Powder
- (2 tsp) Oregano
- (1 tsp) Ground Pepper
- (1 tsp) Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
- Pat drumsticks dry and add to bowl.
- Toss in olive oil, then add your seasoning. Make sure each drumstick is coated evenly, and that the skins are laying flat.
- Spray a baking sheet and baking rack with nonstick spray. Lay the drumsticks on top of the rack.
- Bake at 420 degrees for 35 minutes, then flip the drumsticks over and return to oven.
- Bake until your drumsticks are a crispy, golden brown and have reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees. Around 15 minutes
