Albers/Dinga Cabbage Rolls/Stuffed Cabbage

Another favorite I grew up with that my family now loves as well.
Ingredients
Directions
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Cups Cooked Rice
1 egg (SHF eggs are spectacular!)
1 Head Cabbage
1 Can Tomato Soup or Tomato Sauce, seasoned to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
3/4 Cup Water (I use beef stock for more flavor)
Remove cabbage core. Boil in water for about 5 minutes. Pull off leaves as they cook and set them aside.
Combine beef, rice, egg, and seasonings. Fill cabbage leaves about 1/3 full, roll to close, and secure with a toothpick.
Whisk together soup/sauce, seasonings, and water/beef stock. Pour over rolls. Cover and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
This can also be made in a pressure cooker. Adjust cooking time as necessary.
