- (2 tsp) Italian Seasoning
- (To Taste) Salt & Pepper
- (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- (2 tbsp) Butter
- (1 tbsp) Flour

Directions
- Create a bed of chopped onions in the bottom of your slow cooker. If you would like to add other veggies, such as carrots or potatoes, you would also do that now.
- Place the roast on top. Add beef stock, garlic, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Close the lid and cook for 7-8 hours on low, for best results.
- Once your meat is done, carefully remove it from the pot and set aside. Find and discard bay leaves.
- Ladle out around a cup of liquid from the slow cooker.
- In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, melt your butter until bubbling.
- Add your flour, whisk until your roux is a golden brown.
- While whisking, add your liquid. Cook until thickened.
