Ingredients
- (4) Leg Quarters, Chicken
- (2 tbsp) Dijon Mustard
- (2 tbsp) Pure Maple Syrup
- (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
- (2 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (1 tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 tsp fresh or 1/2 tsp dried) Thyme
- (to taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry and place in a roasting pan or on a sheet tray lined with parchment.
- Brush generously with the maple Dijon mixture, coating all sides.
- Roast for 50–60 minutes, basting halfway through, until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
