Honey Dijon Chicken

Another recipe I got from a friend in a freezer meal group. The recipe is so simple, and the chicken turns out delicious! I also make this one in large batches, freezing the extra in gallon size ziploc bags for a quick, flavorful option on busy nights.

1/4 cup honey (Spring House Farm honey is the best!)
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste
6 Chicken Breasts, Butterflied
Whisk marinade ingredients together. Marinate chicken for a few hours, or pour marinade over the chicken in freezer bags.
When marinated or defrosted, grill over medium heat, 4-5 minutes a side. Let rest for 10 minutes.
